These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Selah Technology. By engaging our services or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

General Work Terms & Client Responsibilities
- All website content (text, images, multimedia) must be provided by the client to Selah Technology before work begins.
- Clients are responsible for backing up their site content prior to Selah Technology undertaking any work. We are not liable for any loss or damage to existing data.
- Unless explicitly agreed upon and paid for, Selah Technology is not responsible for tasks such as data entry, web hosting, or custom artwork/graphics.
- Any artwork, images, or text created by Selah Technology for the client remain the property of Selah Technology and/or its suppliers unless otherwise agreed.
- While we strive to meet delivery timelines, unforeseen circumstances such as deployment issues, third-party dependencies, resource unavailability, or communication delays may require adjustments.
- Clients will have the opportunity to review the website during design and upon completion. If no feedback is received within 7 days, the work will be considered accepted.

Copyrights and Permissions
- Clients retain ownership of their data, files, and logos but grant Selah Technology the right to publish and use them for the project.
- Clients must secure permissions for any third-party copyrighted material they provide. Selah Technology is indemnified against claims arising from failure to obtain such permissions.
- Evidence of permissions may be requested by Selah Technology.

Alterations and Liability
- Selah Technology is not responsible for changes made by the client or third parties after deployment.
- Alterations such as additions, modifications, or deletions may require a one-time development fee to resolve.

Payments
- Payments may be made via cheque, cash, or bank transfer. Selah Technology reserves the right to withdraw or modify accepted payment methods at any time.
- A cancellation fee may apply if the client cancels before project completion, equal to the work completed at that point.
- Non-payment of fees may result in legal action.

Support and Third-Party Services
- Free support is provided for one month after site launch, covering bug fixes and email support only.
- After the free period, support is chargeable under our pricing packages. Discounts may apply for higher-tier packages.
- Third-party services, products, or licenses required for the project are the client’s responsibility. If procured by Selah Technology, costs must be prepaid.
- Selah Technology does not guarantee the accuracy or performance of third-party products/services.
- Upgrades to third-party tools are outside the project scope and may require additional costs and time.

Re-work, Enhancements, and Billing
- Features not included in the original scope will be handled through a Change Management process and billed separately.
- Minor tweaks are generally accommodated, but repeated or excessive requests may be billed at business rates (USD $15–$20 per hour).
- Enhancements or add-ons beyond the approved scope will be chargeable, with prior notice given before work begins.
- Any re-work requested after approval or progression to the next project stage will be treated as additional work and billed accordingly.
- Clients must pay all fees charged by Selah Technology in full, without deductions or settlements.

Limitations of Liability
Selah Technology will exercise reasonable skill and care in delivering its services. However, we make no guarantees and disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the availability, quality, accuracy, timeliness, completeness, performance, or suitability of the services provided.
Selah Technology, including its employees and agents, shall not be held liable for:
- Any loss or damage resulting from inaccuracies, omissions, delays, or errors in website production, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
- Any loss or damage to client-provided artwork, photos, data, or content, regardless of cause.
Except in cases of death or personal injury caused by our negligence, Selah Technology shall not be liable for damages arising from contract, tort, or otherwise. This includes direct, indirect, or consequential damages such as loss of profit, property damage, or third-party claims.
Selah Technology does not guarantee services provided by third-party organizations and is not liable for failures in third-party offerings.

Approvals and Delivery
- Projects will progress in stages, with each stage commencing only after client approval and payment for the preceding stage.
- Upon completion, the website will be uploaded to Selah Technology’s server for client review. Once approved, it will be transferred to the destination server.
- Selah Technology reserves the right to delay deployment until full payment has been received.
- Ownership of all code and materials will transfer to the client after project completion and final payment.
- Selah Technology retains the right to showcase completed work as references for potential clients unless the client requests otherwise in advance.

Timescale
- Selah Technology will aim to complete services within the agreed timeframe, which begins upon receipt of the required deposit and all necessary content from the client.
- Timelines may be extended due to circumstances beyond our control.

Jurisdiction
- These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Indian law.
- The parties agree that the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions.
- Placing an order signifies acceptance of these conditions.
- If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. Such provisions will be replaced with valid terms that closely reflect the original intent of the parties.
